Description: Since 1978 Joe has been dragging his trunkful of fun all over New England, bringing smiles and laughs to audiences of all ages. His quick hands and quick wit make for a truly entertaining and magical experience.

Joe’s stage performances are filled with audience involvement and his use of volunteers makes the show a delight to watch and a pleasure to experience.

Joe's roving performance filled with magic, juggling, balloon twisting and lots of interactive humor has been called a "strolling spectacle of silliness".

Theme parties. through the use of clever costuming, Joe is able weave his skills into theme of any event. Some of Joe's characters are: Circus Clown, Snake Oil Salesman, Safari Hunter, Cowboy Clown, Western Gambler, Baseball clown, "Dicken's" type character, and Renaisance Jester.

Joe Howard PuppeteerThe Punch and Judy Show began as an Italian Marionette Show but became a hand puppet show in early 19th century England.

Because of his rascally nature,Mr. Punch always seems to find himself in hot water with his wife judy, (as well as with everyone else.)

Other traditional characters sometimes found in the show are Joey the Clown, toby the Dog, Policeman,the doctor, the devil and the Crocodile.

He is called Mr. Punch because his Italian name was Punchinello, not because he punches people.

May 9,1662 is considered “Punch’s birthday” It is the date of the first recorded sighting of a punch and judy show. (Samuel Pepys)
